Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully verified.
Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Time
Estimated delivery times:
- United States: 6–15 business days
- Canada: 7–18 business days
- Europe: 7–20 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 8–20 business days
- Rest of the World: 10–22 business days

Tracking
Tracking information is typically sent within 2–5 business days after your order has been processed.
Delays
Shipping delays may occur due to:
- Customs inspections
- Severe weather
- Carrier delays
- High shipping volume
- Other circumstances beyond our control
Norvik Gear is not responsible for delays once the package has been handed to the carrier.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.
Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer cannot be refunded.
Lost Packages
If your package is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier, please contact us so we can assist in resolving the issue.
