Refund policy
At Norvik Gear, we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after your item has been delivered to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unworn, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You must also provide your receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on where to send your package. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Fee
Customers are responsible for a flat return shipping fee of USD $15.00 per approved return. This fee will be deducted from your refund if applicable.
Restocking Fee
All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately at contact@norvikgear.com so we can evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate solution.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Personalized or custom-made products.
- Perishable goods.
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases.
- Gift cards.
- Clearance or final sale items.
If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, please contact us before submitting your request.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different product, please return your original item (if eligible) and place a new order separately.
European Union Customers
For orders delivered within the European Union, customers have the legal right to cancel or return their purchase within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason.
Returned items must be unused, unworn, with tags attached, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days, less:
- the USD $15.00 return shipping fee, and
- the 20% restocking fee, when applicable.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.

Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
